Age Requirement
This website is intended for customers aged 18 and over. By purchasing a craft cutter, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and meet any applicable local legal requirements.
Products and Hand-Finished Variations
Many ZANDRA products are individually hand-decorated or hand-finished, and some are prepared in small batches. Minor variations in color, texture, ornament placement, finish, and decorative details are normal and make each piece subtly unique.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, materials, and details accurately. The actual appearance of a product may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and the hand-finishing process.
Craft Cutter Safety
Craft cutters are intended only for craft, journaling, and opening ordinary taped packages.
For craft and journaling use only.
Keep away from children.
For ages 18+.
Handle the blade carefully and retract it after use.
Store the product safely when it is not in use.
Please follow all applicable local regulations.
Customers are responsible for using, storing, and disposing of craft cutters safely and lawfully.
Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may cancel or limit an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, suspected of fraud, or cannot legally or safely be shipped to the destination.
If we cancel a paid order, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be completed using an available payment method at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or other charges unless otherwise stated.
Shipping
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Current processing times, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and other shipping information are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, severe weather, customs inspections, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Retail returns, cancellations, damaged items, incorrect items, and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Confirmed customized bulk or wholesale orders may be subject to separately agreed cancellation and return terms. After production has started, these orders may not be canceled or returned unless the products arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order specifications.
Bulk and Wholesale Inquiries
Customization is available only for qualifying bulk or wholesale orders and is not currently offered for individual retail orders.
Minimum order quantities, pricing, production time, design details, payment terms, and shipping arrangements vary by product and must be confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding order or agreement.

Intellectual Property
Website text, ZANDRA branding, graphics, photographs, product designs, and other original content belong to ZANDRA or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

You may not use this website or its products for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unsafe purposes. You may not interfere with website security, submit false information, or misuse website or product content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZANDRA is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from improper use, unsafe use, unauthorized modification, or use contrary to product instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
