Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Qingdao, China.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping is included with all United States orders. Free shipping does not include any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may be imposed by local authorities.

Processing Time

Most items are handmade or finished in small batches. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. This estimate does not include processing time. Delivery may take longer during holidays, severe weather, customs inspections, or other carrier delays.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when your order is dispatched, where available. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, please email us as soon as possible at support@zandraatelier.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will contact you with an updated shipping date. You may accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the packaging and item. If tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time, please contact us so we can assist with an investigation.
